Join us for our first mental health awareness session with Siobhan Ogden.

The session will take place in the Richardson Room at the National Theatre from 2pm.

Siobhan is an experienced and skilled trainer, she is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Siobhan has twenty years HR management experience and now she is a self-employed Training & HR Consultant.

Siobhan has designed and implemented a variety of employee well-being initiatives and programmes. Staff welfare has always been her priority and she believes the provision of Mental Health First Aiders in the workplace is invaluable to employees and organisations alike.

The session will allow attendees to become more aware of mental health, what it is, that we all have it, how to be aware of your own and others mental health, how to promote good mental health and potential ways of achieving it.

We will use lots of discussion, examples and engagement with attendees who will come away having more knowledge and feeling more confident about talking about issues with people.

This session is organised by the ASD and so is eligible for Travel Assistance.
